The first order went missing ,i was able yo track it but couldnt get it delivered,on contacting customer services they sent a speedy replacement and kept me in the loop with the process
I dont know what the initial problem was but they managed to get things sorted in the end,comminication good but unfortunately took a long time to receive the item
